OK.  You don't want to read all the pages and figure out what to do.  You just want help now.  Simple!  Here's what you need to know.

1) If you suspect a possible hard drive crash or are concerned about recovering lost data or files:

3) We guarantee that we will solve the stated problem or you pay nothing.  This is the best guarantee available and the primary reason to call us first.  If we can't fix it you don't pay.  If the "geeks" can't fix it, you'll pay twice.  This guarantee only applies if you authorize us to make the recommended repairs including the purchase of parts and / or off-site service as required.  If you choose not to purchase a required part or to not authorize an off-site repair when indicated, this guarantee is void and you will be charged for the time on-site with no guarantee of problem resolution.  Data recovery is done on a "best effort" basis and there is no guarantee that we can recover lost data or files.

4) A service call is $95 which includes the first 1/2 hour of service.  Additional time is $95 per hour in 1/4 hour increments.  Our prices are well below the major geek services.  A one-hour service call with us is $142.50.  Geeks on Call(tm) would charge you $239.00 for the same first hour with no guarantee.  There is no additional charge for travel time.  There is no additional charge for evening, weekend or holiday appointments when available.  The only additional charges would be for parts.

5) 95% of the time we can fix your computer on-site.  However, very occasionally we do need to take a computer off-site for repairs.  This is usually in the case with computers that don't boot up properly or have a severe virus infection (although most boot problems and virus infections can be resolved on-site).  In these rare cases, we do NOT charge extra to take your computer and return it to you later.  We only charge for actual service time on the computer. 

6) Payment is required at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
